Strategy Call (60 minutes)
We walk through the audit findings, forecast, and demand plan together. You leave with a documented diagnosis and a clear view of what can change.

We Begin (If It’s a Fit)
If there’s meaningful growth opportunity and we’re the right operator for it, we begin the following week. Onboarding starts with priorities, P&L work, and the first execution plan.
